How do I get a pallet delivery quote


Each booking is unique; to get a pallet delivery quote you will need to submit the postal codes for collection/ delivery alongside the weight (KG) and dimensions (CM) of what you are sending, from this we will be able to send you some competitve pallet delivery prices.




Do I need to supply the pallet base?


Quotes do not include the pallet base, nonetheless we do offer a pallet and wrap service for the amount of £20.00 +VAT; for more information regarding the pallet and wrap service please call us on 0203 808 7760.




What time will the driver make my collection?


Collections run through the hours of 8am - 6pm; we recommend someone is present during these hours to avoid a wasted journey.




What time will the driver deliver my pallet?


Deliveries run through the hours of 8am - 6pm; we recommend someone is present during these hours to avoid a failed delivery.




What happens if the driver arrives and no one is there?


It is essential someone is present upon the drivers arrival for both collection and delivery, in some cases a re-collection/ re-delivery fee may become payable in the event you miss the driver.




Weight and dimensions


The weight and dimensions you declare play a fundamental role on your price; it is essential the details you declare are accurate, sending a larger item may incurr a surcharge.




Liability and insurance cover
